Irvin was exceptional and made my family feel great at the hotel

everything was pleasant

I really liked the hotel, except that the room service didn't come every day, I had to go to reception and ask for cleaning and changing the towels. It was very well located, close to the subway and a bike station nearby, I could do everything on foot, I didn't rent a car, the breakfast was wonderful and plentiful, I really liked it and would go back.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and close to the lake. You can walk to Macy's and other large shopping malls. There are also Chicago Bean and Qianxi Park to visit.

The location is excellent, by the river in the city center, close to various attractions, cost-effective, the decoration is relatively new, and the service response is very fast. The only drawback is that there is something wrong with the bathroom design. The shower room only has a shower curtain and no waterproof barrier. Once you take a shower, the entire bathroom is filled with water, and it feels like water is flooding the mountains. Other than that, very satisfied.

Hotels in the United States are similar, but it was too expensive during my visit. I don’t know why, so I had to find a relatively cost-effective hotel close to the company.
