Perfect hotel to discover Chicago. Located in the river north area with restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. Well connected to the airport and a 15-minute walk from the riverwalk.

It was safe and convenient. The staff was super friendly. The only miss is the breakfast. I understand it’s free but yikes. We’ve had lots of continental breakfasts in many different hotels and this was just the worst. It’s not that hard to make some scrambled eggs with a meat option. The coffee was undrinkable. I know a Hilton hotel in a beautiful city like this can do better.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our long weekend in Chicago. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help with anything that will make your stay better. The breakfast buffet with omelets, make-you-own waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, etc was excellent! A great location with an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The room we were alloted:
1. The dish washer was leaking and out of order.
There was continuous beep which was annoying even when it was at 2.00 AM in the morning.
3. Very little help from front des to attend to the issue.
The bathroom door was non functional.
4. I will never stay in this hotel again.
5. I request ******* TO REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL WITHOUT FAIL.
6. This hotel is not livable for any family.

We stayed at home2 suites for 5 nights and we didn’t have housekeeping. We have 2 kids and you can imagine how dirty it was in the end, so we didn’t like this aspect. The front desk was really really nice and give us a general better experience attending all our needs.
