The hotel is the best!!! Location just 5-7 minutes walk from magnificent mile and 20 minutes walk from river. So beautiful location. The room is very big and it has wall-size windows with great view. Bad is comfy. There is a small kitchen in the room and a dish washer ! You can easily stay there for a long time.

First time for me in Chicago, so this hotel location is really convenient for me.

Excellent location to downtown and nearby public transportation and the mag mile. Capacious room with excellent kitchenette extra guest and breakfast for two was a happy treat.

Great location, best for families, good room sizes and bathroom size, all good once inside the room. Reception staff mixed response but on the whole grumpy and without welcoming smile. Laid back behaviour in general but most of the staff, breakfast staff (girl) was very unhelpful and rude several times. Kept making sigh full sounds whenever enquired about anything. Breakfast main hot items run out quickly and not refilled straightaway, plates aren’t available right away, no one most of the times on breakfast reception because only 1 person available apparently. For room cleaning had to call, concord will be done but never did, had to go to reception and was told probably short of staffing hence the trouble. Remember it is not a budget hotel so we expected a higher customer services response but unfortunately it customer services need lot of improvement. Staff is bringing company reputation down.

Great location and facilities. The floor in the room, especially the floor around the room entry and pantry area was dirty and greasy.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had requested housekeeping to clean the room in the afternoon, but unfortunately that request was not fulfilled. Other than that, everything else was great

The parking is 2 blocks away, about $70 a day. The breakfast was very basic. It’s a cheap hotel in the city, that’s all. Nothing exciting about it.
