Location was good. 30 mins walk to most places in South Loop and the McCormick place. Might be due to manpower issues, room were not made up for entire duration of the stay.

The location is very good, very close to dt and supermarkets and banks, downstairs is Uncle **, the only fly in the ointment is that the water heater for bathing is not warm enough

Stayed here for two nights. It is very close to Chinatown. It was arranged on the 29th floor. The scenery is quite beautiful. I didn’t eat the breakfast in the hotel, but the coffee provided all day is still good.
