1, It's close to downtown — you can take an Uber for around 15 bucks, or walk about 500 meters to a bus station. 2, Super clean, well-equipped, and with a very comfortable bed. 3, It was easy to get in and out of the room.

Didn't see the waiter. There is a kitchen for guests to use and free parking. Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, it is a quiet and bustling area. Very good value for money. A certain deposit will be required. It will be automatically refunded after you leave. It feels like a black middle-class community. It's still very safe.

The room was clean and cute. It had a comfortable bed and a desk and that’s all we really needed. The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park). We had access to street parking directly in front of the property. The shared common areas were a fun aesthetic and very tidy. Online communication with the property managers was timely and direct. We definitely enjoyed our brief stay :)

Cool property with good location Cool property, very safe with cams and code-locked door. No issues with noise, had a pretty quiet peaceful stay. Good parking situation, that’s something I was worried about but we never had problems parking. Unit is very close to transit lines. My girlfriend and I were out walking very late and never felt unsafe in this area.

I just felt like the deposit was too steep. I was willing to do 100 like most hotels, but I know it’s more like a Airbnb.
