Great stay

Great location. Stayed there for a concert at United Center.

The hotel's exterior is absolutely stunning. Our Uber driver told us it was converted and expanded from a historic hospital. The lobby is spacious and bright, with ceilings estimated at 3.8-4 meters high, and the hallways are incredibly wide. We had three rooms in total, two twin rooms, all upgraded to suites. Each suite included an induction cooker, microwave, kitchenware and tableware, a basic coffee machine, and a very tall refrigerator with a freezer! Free breakfast is provided for all guests, and it's quite plentiful, including cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, eggs, sausages, tea, coffee, and milk – highly recommended!

The corridors are not as wide as in a hotel, and the public areas are very nice. Not far from the Pink Line and the Blue Line. It is in the UIC Medical School area, which is relatively safe. It is very close to Taylor Street and there are many restaurants. There is a bus stop at the door.

I live on the 6th floor and the view is okay. The twin bed is relatively large and can sleep two people. The twin room has a bay window. The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Hancock Exhibition Hall, which is more suitable for business trips.

It's a bit far from the city center, about 15-20 minutes by car, but the hotel service is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is okay but not very varied.
