3.5/ 5This is a very old hotel and lacks some modern amenities but it is still a nice place to stay. The rooms are huge compared to modern standards which are great for families. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

4.7/ 5OutstandingI went for Chicago marathon, this hotel is very close to the start point. it's interesting to see so many runner in hotel. Also this one is kind of vintage, maybe little bit old, but everything is great I thought.

5/ 5PerfectThe hotel location is super good. Buckingham Fountain Square is the doorstep. You can walk to Millennium Park, Cloud Gate, Crown Fountain and so on. It is also within walking distance to the Shedd Aquarium. The real location is excellent. At the hotel entrance

the hotel is in the middle of the tourist area, near Millennium park, close to everything. The hotel service is good, the room for this price has everything you need, a coffee machine, glasses, writing materials, all toiletries, even toothpaste and a toothbrush. but as for me, the design of the rooms is not very cozy and the hotel itself is very old. despite the new furniture, freshly painted walls, windows and doors straight from the last century, which generally spoils the impression. but for unpretentious tourists or those who need to spend the night, I recommend the hotel.
