The hotel was in a great location. The staff was helpful and professional. When we first got there, we were confused because the hotel lobby is on the second floor, but we were directed to where we needed to go. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, so I let the front desk know so that they could get it replaced. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the rooftop wasn't available for guests and only for private parties. I think that it would be nice to offer to guests when the rooftop isn't rented out.

Room was small. Over rated on social media. After checking in about 20min after being there the front desk sent security to our room to tell us only 4 people can be in the room which is also plastered on the wall before going on the elevator and in the docs to sign when checking in. Me and my daughter along with her 2 friends were there to celebrate her birthday and that was not a nice start to our day.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!

Amazing service, rooms a little dated but very comfortable and clean.

Stay was good but definitely try select a high room as it can be quite noisy with the sirens.
