It is a super hotel, large room with large bathroom.
Friendly staff and the location is great.
We had a corner room so that made it absolutely great.
We had breakfast at Meli and that was also fine, not over the top, simple but tasty.
If we go again we would love to come again.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is simple but beautiful and clean (the lobby and sitting area are both really nice). The room was cozy with a great view. Absolutely every corner of the room and the bathroom was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've tried for a long time and the big TV has a lot of cable channels to choose from. The only complain I have is the cigarette scent that was on and of through the ventilation system...It wasn't overwhelming but still very noticable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Shower was slimy. Bed uncomfortable. Valet parking was rarely put to use since valet just left the car out until morning every night and when finally parked car was left unlocked. Service continuously attempted to find excuses and minimizing the issue despite car almost getting towed outside the hotel and broken into in the garage. Not one apology only passive aggressiveness. Additional unforeseen charges that either cannot or will not be explained by customer service.
Iron was burnt and damaged clothing. Electronics stopped working randomly. No connection for TV, wifi off, microwave frozen, etc.
Will not be returning.

Fabulous! ALL employees...desk, concierge, bellmen, housekeeping...are very friendly & helpful. Loved the complementary tea & coffee in the morning. Will definitely be staying her again!

I loved that the rooms were clean and spacious. The provided amenities smelled great and the bed was extra comfy. The view was amazing and was a lot to do within walking distance. Everyone we interreacted with on staff from the front desk clerk to the valet was kind and friendly. Would highly recommend staying!!

Stayed for my first time and enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and modern and the location is perfect for anyone needing to stay near Printers Row. There are parking garages nearby but valet appears to be less than most at $55/day and allows access to come and go. Outdoor lots are not advised due to breaking being so common.
