I’m originally from the river north area and this place was just nice to stay at and it felt like home. So easy I love the security of the building how you have to have a card to access everything including the restrooms, as a woman I felt safe. Parking was super easy and the concierge was nice and accommodating.

No reception at times. Couldn’t get inside to check in doors were locked no one to open them until someone else arrived to open it. I left to get food couldnt get back in the garage no one was answering the number. Until another person pulled in and i had to follow them in to get inside otherwise we would have to sleep outside. Terrible view. Dont plan to come again.

Great apartment for families. We were traveling with teenagers and booked a 2 bed apartment for a week. Nice having a well appointed kitchen. The pool and gym were great. Well located as well. Downside is the place is not a hotel, so a mix of long term renters and hotel guests, which means the service is somewhat nonexistent. We had trouble getting towels, billing issues, etc.

I originally booked a 2 night stay and a new hire turned me away because they said I wasn’t OVER 21 but I was 21 literally turning 22 so I had someone OVER 21 book for me so as I tried to check on my stay was cancelled so the person at the front desk decided he would help me book with him since I had inconveniences then everything was good until room service came and basically told me I was only booked for one night so I had to go back to the lobby and pay for another on top of the $200 room fee it was just too many inconveniences for me but overall it was a decent stay I just wish that everything was carefully evaluated before pushing through my stays

This is more of a furnished apartment complex than a hotel. The key cards worked on a hit and miss basis, which was a pain because they were required to access everything from the elevators to the parking garage and other amenities. The front desk staff were helpful but they kept having to reprogram the keys. They allowed pets, that’s the best reason to stay here.

My experience was okay. The place itself was beautiful but they put us on a floor where they had construction going on for almost a whole day. & a party across from us so it was very loud. Our oven wasn’t working so we called and they said they would check it out & never came. Our reservation was $480 & they charged my card for $892. They said the money will back on my card in 7 business days. It was just a lot
