We got in our room and there was poop still in the toilet hair in the sink, dirty marks on the sheets! I want a refund please and thank you!

This a horrible place they harassed us and took my deposit for no reason when I had no where to go get told they have no more rooms when I reserved the day before I barely make reviews but they were the worst place I went all 2023

They were never at the front desk, I checked out and they haven’t send my deposit back. Room was okay but just the quality of the service was really low. Also check their phone number before booking, they never answer, called more than 60 times for my deposit refund.

This is a basic hotel, clean, and nice inside, with mostly helpful staff, trees outside, residential area (esp. the happy Black lady in nice outfits! kudos to her for making everyone welcome). Two issues - hear voices from room next door (construction, not possible to change) and dirty rug in the staircase to go to second level rooms. all good otherwise.

Mouse in the room. Complained, but downgraded us instead to a room without a microwave and fridge. Again not worth it for the prize
