"Paid for sea view and was given a view of a neighbouring hotel and a palm tree. When we first got to the room It was late and the curtains were drawn so didn't notice. In other hotels the view would not even be classified as a side sea view... see attached pic After emailing the manager and the CEO of the group .. 2 days later he replied saying that our room category was correct! A new room was offered but when we went to reception to arrange there were none available. When one became available it was 4 days into 7 day stay which we considered inconvenient and pointless. All along we asked for a reimbursement of the sea view upgrade we had paid or as a gesture complimentary car parking. We were given nothing."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom senior suite for 1 week. Positives: room really spacious and clean and although a little old fashioned was very good quality. I was really happy in this room. Swimming pools both excellent albeit a bit cold. Food was excellent quality on the buffet and service was very good. As good a buffet as you will get. Meet and Fish were noticeably good quality. The beach bar was great and a nice place to be, apart from no kids menu food and so they had to settle for a burger. Service in the hotel was also top notch and staff all seemed really engaged. I used the Gym as well which for a hotel was decent The only negative, and I am not sure what the hotel could do is that the hotel is huge, and has a feel of an American convention centre. It just did not have a holiday feel. Not sure how that is really fixed TBH."
