A particularly unpleasant hotel stay. Originally, I was going back to my hometown. There was no internet at home and my children had to go to class. My family booked a hotel for two nights first, and wanted to stay one more day, so we extended the stay for another night. I feel that the hotel service is really bad. I was anxious to print out information for my child's online class. The front desk said they could print out a total of 8 pages. After typing it out, the service staff said that each room could only print 5 pages for free, and I had to pay for the remaining three pages. I asked the front desk that we have four rooms in total. Can we not print those three pages for free even if we stay for three nights? The front desk said, "No, you'd better pay the fee. It's 2 yuan per ticket. A total of 6 yuan." Because it was too late for the class to start, I paid quickly and didn't care. But checking out on the last day was particularly infuriating. Thinking of getting on the expressway early, I checked out after breakfast. The hotel called and told me that a coaster was missing during the ward check and asked me to pay for it. I was really angry. I didn’t see any coasters, so I asked them to look for them again and tell them if they found them. I repeatedly stressed that I couldn't take their coasters, but I didn't even notice if they were there. The hotel ignored it. We went back to the hotel to argue with them. When we got to the front desk, a group of waiters were standing there. My husband asked if any of you would come up with me to see what kind of coasters I could look at, but no one paid any attention. I couldn't go up by myself, but the room was locked, so I came down to ask them to open the door. At this time, the front desk called the cleaning staff and asked them to open the door. The waiter said that the coaster was found and there was no need to open the door. I went back and forth for half an hour. There was not a single apology throughout. This service is really disappointing.
