服務：酒店服務人員態度非常不好，就按金收的快，離店48小時都不會給你主動退回，電話也沒人接，根本就是擺設，衹能投訴

這裏大廳比較大，富麗堂皇的樣子，高端大氣上檔次！設施齊全，環境好，房間舒適，一至十八樓中空，透明樓梯觀景，尤其是孩子們喜歡刺激，棒👍🏻服務員熱情周到！早餐在頂樓29層，旋轉餐廳，菜品豐富！下次來赤峯還住這裏！真心值得推薦！

服務不錯，停車方便，早餐不錯。
酒店外觀和硬件看着不錯，房間寬敞，就軟件是老舊了些（如果不老舊也不能現在這個價格，其實挺合適的）。
周邊吃喝需要走一走，還是算方便的，像前台打聽的蒙餐店不錯

酒店衞生一般，竟然沒有燒水壺，雖然我不用，但是應該有。第二天沒有補充備品。打電話到前台要的。早餐一般，人很多，饅頭花捲之類很涼，早餐帶孩子1.2以上需要單獨繳費25.
