I spent a few days here while in Chihuahua for business. The rooms are nice with great A/C, although the systems have some quirks. Although the thermostat has settings for heating and cooling, only one will actually work. The system will either blow cold air or hot air. If you are like me, and you need a cold room to sleep well, it is necessary to call and have engineering to switch your room from hot air to cold air during the winter months. The rooms are nice with decent sized bathrooms. The lobby is beautiful. The lounge on the 5th floor is nice, although the buffet is limited. The staff here is very friendly and service oriented.

From a person who just told me he was called Rufina a very poor and zero professionalism attention from his side. The staff was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very basic for the price. Also, there was a broken light in the room. They put the vanity mirror in a weird location that was too high to use. The pool and hot tub were located on the roof and are beautiful but the pool heater was broken so it was too cold to swim in the pool. Also, the hot tub was dirty. I did complain to David and he tried to have maintenance fix the hot tub and get it cleaned. The restaurants breakfast was all right. It was not good or bad. The bar was OK but they didn’t know how to make certain drinks. The hotel is placed in probably one of the best locations but the hotel needs a lot of work. Also, the website said that they had an executive lounge, but they did not.

Nice big and clean rooms and soft beds. Nice and quiet during the week but on friday there was a party in their event room on the ground floor. We stayed on the third floor and we were not able to sleep because of the music. It did not stop until 2 am at night. The next morning someone locked themselves into our room at 8 am, I assume it must have been housekeeping, but it was really inappropriate to wake us up and lock themselves into our room that early in the morning, especially considering that we were checking out later that same day...

Los recepcionistas son fríos y poco atentos, no te dan opciones , en caso de que ocupes servicios adicionales, tales como servicios extras de envío de medicamentos. The hotel is very well located, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they have plenty of room in the hall if you want to work with your colleagues. On the downside, the room could have a better illumination and the breakfast could be better, especially the scrambled eggs.
