The facility was bare.. had to come to the front desk for additional toilet paper in the middle of night.. no ice.. no shampu.. no hair dryer.. no conditioner..no extra towel.. usa extended stays have all that in the room.. hmmmm…bad experience

The room was not clean!
The bathroom had a lot of hair and dirt on the shower floor.
We also used a blanket from the drawer and it was also full of hair.
It's sad because that means we didn't stay at a clean room and that worries because you don't know who stayed there before you.
Everything else was fine, but the rooms are so dirty!

Very basic hotel. Be aware that they don’t do housekeeping until the 7th day you stay there. They give you the option to bring down your sheets and towels and give you new ones but you have to make your bed yourself. Pillows not very comfy and the “duvet” was basically another sheet. They’re missing to at least have a decent blanket. If you’d like housekeeping to come and clean your room they charge 200 pesos, about 12 USD.
About 25 min from airport, right behind Costco and close to restaurants and major “freeway” in Chihuahua.
It’s well located and for the price it’s good value. Staff are very nice. Would stay here again.

What I did not like, smelly room, dirty fridge. Very loud AC unit. And on top of all these, my husband was undressed when two young man got into the room, with their own key, all this because the front desk forgot to put in the system that the room was already occupied.

The staff is amazing, the property is clean, new, and well maintained, but absolutely no amenities, very basic, and a ton of rules, and restrictions, I felt like in a school trip, or that I was paid to sleep there and should be very cautious with everything. Not even coffee is available anywhere.
I understand the basic concept, but compared with their competitors, they went to far.
Gym: treadmill and weights. Not even a towel, paper tissues, nothing. At least for me, its a no.
