From the start we had a welcoming atmosphere. The place was very clean. Our room was excellent. I liked the pool area, very peaceful. About the breakfast. Was a plus, made to order, very good choice. Also there are a lot of restaurants walking distance and most of them do delivery. We are definitely coming back to this hotel next time we visit Chihuahua.

It wasn’t clean, room didn’t have a good window. Did not stay the night. Want a refund for the rooms.

Customer service was amazing! When I entered the room, there were about 20-30 mosquitoes flying around & on the walls. I went to the front desk & asked if we could get another room. Instead of given a new room, they gave me the bug spray, Raid. I was appreciative as it killed all the mosquitoes. The shower has to be my favorite part of the room. Would recommend if there wasn’t a bug problem.
