I booked this hotel based off a couple photos, hoping it would be nice and that it really existed. To sum it up...WOW!!!! It’s about a year old as of Sept 2019. I think it’s about a 4.5 - 5 star boutique hotel. 11 classy comfy modern rooms. Huge marble bathrooms. Impeccable bedding. Mood lighting. The staff is the same as to what you would experience at a St. Regis or Ritz Carlton. The overall hotel reminds me of the Marriott Autograph Collection Boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe. If you’re not familiar, google it. It’s high end and for a more discerning traveler. The food is AMAZING. I’d give it 5 stars! The fine dining breakfast is included in the stay, which blows my mind. It’s so good I’d pay extra for it. It’s next to the big church so location is perfect. Its not on the street. It’s on the sidewalk so there’s no traffic in front of the entrance. There’s lounge music playing throughout the courtyards, hot tub, and lounge area upstairs. Lounge Beds upstairs are super comfortable. There’s a honesty bar on the roof with Moet, beer, water, etc. There’s also fresh soft blankets and great pillows to chill out on. There’s a view of the upper part of the church. Lots of beautiful plants around the hotel. There’s an additional indoor area, aside from the bar, that’s full of lovely seating arrangements. The dining room looks like something out of the Victorian era. And yes....the hot tub is great after a long day of sightseeing! The trolley picks up people like 30 seconds away to go on the city tour. That’s nice but it was easier for us to just walk or taxi. We walked to Pancho Villas house and the other popular mansion. Worth it! Went to the caves! Even though it’s in Spanish and we don’t speak it well, it’s still incredible and fun! Just some tips...a casual, modern open air restaurant to eat lunch with notable street tacos is around the corner. It’s called Sotolerios. And for live music I recommend 7 Leguas. Again, more modern and open air. Really popular so make reservations. Downstairs from 7 Leguas are multiple restaurants. Last night a huge professional mariachi band was playing for the restaurants. So many options. It’s safe there too! Also the photos don’t do it justice! Only allowed to upload 10 photos. There’s so many great photos of the hotel that I don’t know which ones to choose.

Decepcion total! We booked 3 rooms in this hotel almost a month in advance which they didn't give me the confirmation number which I asked and told me q was not necessary not asked me for e-mail q nothing more with my name, One day before I called to confirm and they told me q there was no reception and q had no rooms available, the poor receptionist finally met us a few but q were on the second floor, ask q if there was any difference and said q no, When we arrive and enter rooms completely separated from the q photos appear online, all this dismantled beds have powders of old, backs of beds curtains,, All but above all the totally dirty folders q you don't want to get your shoes off!! with a giant sleeves and the worst of all with rests of nails of someone else (Q asc) and without aspiration, of the 3 rooms I didn't know what was worst I told the manager and told me q they had no q they were going to aspiration (I don't think they have a vacuum cleaner) they offered us other rooms completely closed q you don't look at the light of the day at last we decided to stay because it was a very far and very tired trip, and with children at last, In the morning we went to breakfast and the food was insipid the dryest chilaquiles and the coffee looked like you, we didn't again breakfast in that place which was already included, the same day was water to midday, this afternoon we could bath, We started to prepare for graduation and I took the hair dryer and the light went in the 3 rooms!!! imagine having q changed room in the middle when you have all your things with q you are preparing!! Little light q we had q make-up in the window, my brother was talking to the receptionist q poor chamaca do what q can, she was talking to the manager who we could never talk to him, I never asked for excuse or try to repair the disguise q we felt, the only thing q said q this the next day the technician arrived to make the repairs,, THAT IS FAVOR OF PROFESSIONALism AND IRRESPONSABILity ON WHICH WE WERE NOT ATTENT TO A PROBLEMA We will never stay in this place and will definitely not recommend it,, hurt rent,, may be a beautiful place!!!

The environment is beautiful, the security is also very good, there is everything to eat, drink and play near the hotel, the breakfast is rich in nutrition and there are many choices, the only drawback is the slow network, I hope that next time I will stay again
Sheraton Chihuahua Soberano

I spent a few days here while in Chihuahua for business. The rooms are nice with great A/C, although the systems have some quirks. Although the thermostat has settings for heating and cooling, only one will actually work. The system will either blow cold air or hot air. If you are like me, and you need a cold room to sleep well, it is necessary to call and have engineering to switch your room from hot air to cold air during the winter months. The rooms are nice with decent sized bathrooms. The lobby is beautiful. The lounge on the 5th floor is nice, although the buffet is limited. The staff here is very friendly and service oriented.
Hilton Garden Inn Chihuahua

The staff was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very basic for the price. Also, there was a broken light in the room. They put the vanity mirror in a weird location that was too high to use. The pool and hot tub were located on the roof and are beautiful but the pool heater was broken so it was too cold to swim in the pool. Also, the hot tub was dirty. I did complain to David and he tried to have maintenance fix the hot tub and get it cleaned. The restaurants breakfast was all right. It was not good or bad. The bar was OK but they didn’t know how to make certain drinks. The hotel is placed in probably one of the best locations but the hotel needs a lot of work. Also, the website said that they had an executive lounge, but they did not.
Best Western Plus Chihuahua Aeropuerto

Modern, clean, attractive, comfortable. Helpful staff. I chose it because it's close to the Chihuahua bus station. I was there during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two things; they drained the pool. The breakfasts were prepackaged, with disposable plates and utensils. The servers were wearing masks.

You don't need to go to any other hotel in chihuahua, Which is all right, very very clean but the most important thing is that Carlos Vazquez, the manager will receive you as no one will receive you so well in a hotel. It is a friendly and professional guy that can solve everything you ask. It is a very nice and functional hotel. Besides excellent location. When you come, you will realize.
