Extremely old and outdated property. Black moldin the bathroom…..disgusting!! However, great Ocean views. The night club on property will definitely keep you up till 2 am. I asked for a fan because at night I couldn’t keep windows open as the music from the night club kept us up and they insisted the property had no fans and of course no AC.

The views of the cost line are beautiful from any corner of the hotel. I felt really safe in the area, and enjoyed walking down the beach. All little cafes and other stores in the walking distance, as well as Concón dunes and sea lions.

I arrived and left my luggage and went to the pool area, which was filthy, the bathroom there too, I went back to the room to take a shower and the wall and ceiling were covered with fungus, I opened the towel and it was disgustingly dirty, the corridors were spare parts with visible gas pipes, I complained to the manager, who did not take care of anything, the wifi, it works in few places, the experience was very ugly, I went many times it is seen that this new management leaves much to be desired or They don't put a peso for cleaning, I don't know...very expensive, for what they are offering. Cleaning is basic.
