Stayed for one night on the way home from home. It's close to the interchange, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so I'm very satisfied. I wanted to stay with one adult and a 3-year-old child, and since I was informed that they could sleep together, I booked a room with a king-sized bed for one adult and a plan that included breakfast. On the day of check-in, I was asked for my child's age, and when I answered, I was told that there would be a charge for a 3-year-old child.I was told that it was fine this time, but please be careful next time*. I made this reservation because it said on this site that it was possible to sleep together, so please explain? . During the check-in process, my child requested to use the restroom, so I temporarily stopped the check-in process and tried again, but the child's breakfast charge was 800 yen, so I had to pay on-site. In the explanation with *, I was not sure whether the warning was about the room or the breakfast fee, which of the children's rates would be charged. I paid extra for breakfast, but I am sorry if there is a discrepancy between the reservation conditions on the site and the local staff's understanding. Inside the hotel, the front desk and common spaces were new and clean, and the large bathing area was clean as well as the changing and bathing areas. However, the room was made in an old-fashioned way, and although it seemed like it had been cleaned, there were still traces of dirt on the carpet. The most disappointing thing was that the air conditioning could not be adjusted. The temperature in the room was high, and even though I used the air conditioner, the temperature did not drop at all. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western style, with many items and was delicious.

The wait time for the elevator was long, probably because it was crowded during the Obon season. I stayed on the seventh floor, but I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all. However, the bath on the 12th floor was very nice and well-guarded. The location is good as there are many convenience stores and shops around the hotel.

Access is convenient because it is easy to find near the Suwa IC. There were many improvements and dissatisfactions. There is only one elevator, so you have to wait until you feel stressed. No door scope. There is no change machine near the coin laundry on the 12th floor. Even though there are only 3 washing areas in the large public bath, it is not possible to check the usage status in the guest room. (For some reason, you can check the usage status of the coin laundry.) Amenities are scarce. Lotion, etc. has a very strong scent. Only one towel hook. There is no mark to identify your items in the shoe box in the public bath. After removing the snow, I thought that the anti-freezing measures were neglected. There were people who slipped and fell in the part heading to the parking lot immediately after leaving the front desk. The explanation of the required items on the accommodation card at check-in was unkind. There are some points that could be improved with a little consideration, but if there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

I made a reservation for the night before my trip to Nagano, so I arrived late at night. I was told that the public bath can be used 24 hours a day, but the next morning I left immediately after breakfast, so I regretted it. It's a short drive to Suwa Shrine, so next time I'd like to go early and take it easy.

Correspondence of employee of hotel was good. Because the room was on the 9th floor, you could see the neighborhood directly below, and at night, you could see the lights of the highway beautifully. The breakfast buffet seemed to have a lot of Japanese and Western varieties. It was a little disappointing that there was no sauna in the women's bath. Other than that, I was satisfied.

The location is near the interchange, the large public bath is on the top floor, and it is a very fun hotel.

We had a smoking room and it was very clean.

The location was convenient, the open-air bath, and the breakfast were good. The front desk is businesslike and provides hospitality I didn't feel it. I know it's not a hotel that asks for that kind of thing, but I thought I'd do it because there were plenty of other things.
