A well placed hotel for our visit to see family and friends . Friendly staff and clean rooms

Very good, clean, good value for money.

Bathroom floor was sticky, edges hadn't been cleaned in months, mould on bath handles and dirt dried on in bath. Coins under bed so not cleaned either, build up of dust behind door and on furniture. Asked for bathroom to be cleaned which it was but only the middle of the floor as usual. At checkout I suggested to receptionist that room 52 needs a deep clean, received a half hearted apology but she made no more so I doubt it was done. Won't stay again.

We booked a premium plus room and was not disappointed it was a nice large room with a king size bed which was very comfortable. The room was very clean the only negative was a very noisy extractor fan in the ensuite bathroom other than that it was perfect stay.

Best disabled shower, and cheapest price ever paid for accommodation in UK. Well done Premier Inn. Very clean room, comfortable bed and spotless comfy linen. Bed could be 6 inches higher for easier transfer to my wheelchair. Good temperature in the room. A great lunch at Brewers Fayre too.

Mouldy skirting boards, stained headboard, broken toilet flush, no housekeeping for three days, keys not working multiple times, room was too small to be a family room with two extra single beds. Worst of all the toilet overflowed (because it was broken) and all they did was dump a load of towels to soak up the water - didn’t mop the floor, only gave us clean towels when we asked for more, bathroom stank of damp for the rest of the stay. Normally PI is a fairly good bed, but now I’ll be looking elsewhere.

The hotel is close to the junction with the M4 and we had stayed there many years ago. We booked for one night entirely based on the convenient location. The restaurant next door was fine for evening meals but we would have preferred to have breakfast included with the overnight stay. (You can pay for it separately. I understand why hotels do this but we prefer not to do so.) The room (174) was comfortable and clean, though about as far from reception as you can get! (Not a problem for us.) We had brought the wrong adapter for charging our phones, so the reception lady very helpfully lent us the right one.

We stayed here for one night after visiting family. Booked a Premier Plus room which was lovely. The room had a fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, extra pillows and 2 bottles of water. Had a very comfortable nights sleep, plenty of parking. Garage with M&S food that u can walk to. Pub next door which was fine. Ticked all the boxes for a great stay.

Clean room and usual good facilities in room. A little noisy early in morning due to all the van drivers going out. Car park gets very full with the vans, but there is room in the pub car park. Can't recommend the Pub as food not great. Good location for local area, including Bath. Useful taxi phone in reception.

Once again excellent service from staff! Neejam as always very welcoming when you arrive and she helped me with my luggage.neejam always goes the extra mile and always service with a smile! Also like to say thanks to rachel for getting me some clean towels and topping up my tea and coffee. Excellent staff excellent stay! Would recommend to anyone to choose premier inn chippenham!

Our room was Comfy and clean, plenty of space for children to chill also. Lovely, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Great location for a family celebration we were attending, would recommend to others. And book again in the near future.

Heating didn't work however we didn't fully realise until the children were asleep so weren't able to change rooms at this point, shame it wasn't checked prior to us checking in. Hotel staff didn't advise us on check in to pre book breakfast, we regularly use Premier Inn and pay for breakfast in the morning no problem unless advised otherwise. Restaurant refused to accommodate us for breakfast despite being rather empty! Disappointing as we spent a few hours there the night before having an evening meal with desserts and a few drinks and had an onward journey home with 3 kids.

Nice hotel, good location. Had a downstairs accessible room, but suffered with noise from a heavy footed person in room above. Room 56 had cobwebs, toilet cistern running all the time. Room cold on arrival and only a small convector heater. Good breakfast at choice & quality at the Brewers Fayre. Only stayed one night to visit family.

Huge thanks to Jordan as always for going the extra mile and looking after me so well. Always appreciate the fact you can accommodate my room request - it makes travelling for work so much nicer - having a home comfort. Big thanks to Neejam also - the extra heater on the cold night was much appreciated!
