The location of the hotel is nice. The bed was not comfortable. The room was big.

I can only say that I will stay in this hotel again in the future. This hotel is warm and clean. The boss is kind and enthusiastic. The receptionist at the front desk is also very friendly. This is not the first time I have come to Moldova, but it is definitely the first time. This is the first time I have such a good experience and it satisfies all my needs Facilities: Richly equipped Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: There is a very large balcony, Service: The service is also very considerate. The interior is gloomy and the atmosphere is dull. I'd like to create a brighter interior.

10-15 minutes walking distance to places to visit. Very clean, quiet. Although the weather was -5 outside, the inside was warm and good. The breakfast was really good. The staff was responsible, but they could have been more cheerful, although we found the Moldovan people a bit cold in general, whether it was the weather or the water. On top of that, my wife and I were satisfied with the price-performance ratio.

We stayed at the hotel for just a few hours after a long car journey. The next day we had an early flight. We arrived around 11:00 PM local time. When I booked, there was information in the notes that the reception was open until 8:00 PM and that I needed to notify them of a later check-in. The hotel website had a mobile phone number linked to VIBER, which I used to contact the hotel. First, they confirmed my reservation, and second, as it turned out, the reception was open 24 hours a day. The girl at the reception thanked me for informing me of the late check-in. Upon arrival and check-out, the staff did a great job 💯%. They helped me lift/take down my suitcases and quickly called a taxi (there is no elevator in the hotel and this was invaluable help for me). To understand, I was alone with two small children. The room was very nice, clean, fresh, it's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy it. Since we had a very early flight, we didn't have time for breakfast. They packed lunch boxes for us, but it turned out somehow awkwardly (they were packed poorly/inconveniently), I only took yogurts for the children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, thank you for your concern, but perhaps we should think about how to prepare lunch boxes for guests more correctly in the future. Overall, it was quite comme il faut)))
