Good service, friendly staff and nice breakfast. The location is not that good. There is an abandoned stadium nearby and lots of wild dogs hanging around, especially at night! It's better to take a taxi to the hotel at night.

It appears to be a hotel converted from a guesthouse, listed as a four-star hotel. The decor is cozy and the service is good, but the location is a bit out of the way. There are no public transportation or shops nearby; supermarkets and restaurants are more than a ten-minute walk away. The fatal flaw is the extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms. I could clearly hear people talking, snoring, and even the sound of suitcase zippers being pulled up next door. I could also hear footsteps upstairs and the sound of water flushing the toilet. I initially stayed in a single room but couldn't stand the noise from next door, so I changed rooms to a double room. The noise level was exactly the same.

A perfect hotel for a stay in Chisinau. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel has only one drawback: it is often full. I was lucky to be able to spend one night there, I would have stayed there again.

Cozy hotel with very friendly staff!! Very nicely decorated for Christmas!! 10-15 minutes walk to the center.. Lived for 4 days = Same breakfast every day: very good coffee, scrambled or boiled egg, sausages, cookies to choose from, sausage, feta cheese, juices from packages (6-7), tomatoes, cucumbers, black and white bread, butter. The hotel is VERY clean. The room has everything you need: hairdryer, kettle, cups, minibar for an extra charge. The visit would have been ideal if not for one significant drawback: I didn’t sleep well all 4 nights, because I can hear what’s going on with my neighbors perfectly, and if they’re talking, you can clearly understand the context = it’s impossible to rest!

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the 24-hour reception was convenient, and the breakfast was a highlight. The location is great, as it's close to the city and not too far from the airport.

Overall, the facilities were fine, though the WiFi was inconsistent. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. I liked the location, though it’s a solid, 15 minutes walk to the city centre, the area is quieter than the hectic main area of town. What ruined my stay was the unfriendly nature of all the staff. I was there a week and never received a smile. When I walked past reception I was never once greeted. As i was alone, in a foreign city, it really made me feel more isolated and lonely. I did not feel here like a welcomed guest, but as a nuisance. It was a gloomy, oppressive atmosphere and I was happy to leave.

Very rude and unfriendly staff, especially the lady in the reception. Not helpful at all. Very poor breakfast. The location is a bit outside the city center and this place is a bit hard to find. The room was not very clean and I found ants in the room. Find another place to stay!

We spent three days in Moldova staying at this hotel. The room was really nice, clean, spacious with a nice comfortable bed - you can ask for extra pillows willingly provided. The bathroom was very good with lots of hot water and towels and you had full control over the air conditioning / heating to set the temperature how you like. The only snag on the last night was a sound of water running from behind the toilet cistern but otherwise all OK. The breakfast is good - the coffee is very strong and small and as is typical in Europe no fruit is provided (except apples). The staff are great and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The price is good and you are only 15 minutes walk from the center. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chisinau.
