It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

The hotel rooms were lovely - modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I love the comfortable chair for relaxing in. The room came with a very well stocked mini bar, unlike a lot of hotels these days. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The buffet breakfast compares to the best I have seen around the world and should satisfy most expectations. The Lotus Spa is well worth a visit - the masseuse are both exceptional and are highly recommended at the end of the day for a relaxing massage. The New York bar is lovely to relax in and it also has the advantage of an outdoor seating area for when the weather is warm. There is a ****** adjoining the hotel with an entrance fee of $100 that you get back in chips.

Location: The hotel is in a top location and you will need only a few minutes walk to the most famous attractions in Chisinau. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity. The service: The service does not open any wishes, as you live the mentality of ”the guest is King'' in this hotel! . Both carrying support for baggage and excellent service in breakfast restaurant, and the fact that all staff at the reception are standing as soon as a guest enters the lobby shows that you are not just here, , Luxury'' has written on the hotel's façade but that the welfare of the guest is absolute priority. The rooms: The rooms are furnished in the Communist Soviet style, but still do not leave any wishes open. Air conditioning, WIFI, Minibar & TV are standard in all rooms. Also, the rooms have heated towels and dressing boxes with a lamp that lights the dressing box when opening.

Pool bar good (when open) but food not available at pool Bad points: Jacuzzi baths not working - in any room. This was a major disappointment - one reason for choosing this hotel. Many Pool tiles broken Pool waterfall not working Shallow “jacuzzi” in kids pool not working - dangerous holes where jets broken or removed No hot tub in garden (as claimed by some staff) Restaurant not working (at all) - meals only available in reception or covered area next to road Indoor swimming pool not available (not filled in summer) “Minibar” = empty fridge “Superfast WiFi” barely working, cutting off every few minutes in our room Fitness Centre locked Inside bar actually just the reception desk - no beer or other drinks available (except warm bottles of wine) in evening (when pool bar was closed). Not one English-speaking channel on satellite tv 2 safes in room - both not working Room and bathroom telephones not working

The complex is strongly said. On the way from the airport to Kishinev this institution is worth it. Clean, paphosno. In the rooms good clothing, cosmetics in the bathroom. But: water drinking even for sale NO!!! The refrigerator is empty. The shower cabin was set, but it works excluded. Served ONIN a young man in a sports suit, he took on the respiratory and breakfast, he respected! But he ONIN, so everything is very slow. And the price of the institution is not small, the same as in the center of the kishinev in the five networks
