There are many restaurants around the accommodation, and a convenience store is right next door. Across from the convenience store is a Japanese izakaya (Japanese pub) with delicious grilled chicken. The room here is much more spacious than the previous place we stayed. We were only there for two days, so it was a bit rushed. The kitchen is fully equipped; next time we could invite more friends to stay longer, buy fresh local ingredients, and cook together. In addition to air conditioning, there's also electric heating. Although it's still a bit chilly in Hokkaido in April, the room wasn't cold. Overall, it was quite good. I would stay here again next time I go to Hokkaido.

You won't be able to enter the front door. Be sure to get the front door password and instructions on how to use it. The check-in system is also incredibly complicated. All five people must register their personal information at the kiosk, take passport photos, and connect via video call to check in. However, if you don't speak Japanese during the video call, you won't be able to communicate or respond if a problem arises.

This was my second stay, and it happened to be the same room, which felt very familiar. My daughter and I both loved it. It was also very convenient to go downstairs to the convenience store. I'll definitely book here again next time! 🤨

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, but there's a convenience store next door, which was convenient. They responded quickly to my inquiries, which was very helpful. The room was clean and easy to use.

This B&B was extremely disappointing. First, the electronic check-in process was completely broken. The tablet didn't work. I tried to contact the person in charge, but no one answered. I wasted an hour, and ultimately had to manually open the door for them, which delayed my planned trip to the Otaru Canal. Second, the room's soundproofing was extremely poor. Although it was a B&B, the upstairs guest was running around all night, making it impossible to sleep. Most unacceptable, when I emailed the management about the situation, not only did I receive no assistance, but they actually accused me of not following the check-in process. As a long-time guest who has stayed in countless B&Bs and hotels, I fully understand that the process issue stemmed from the system, not me! I have complete records and the housekeeper's testimony. Overall, this B&B's hardware and service were completely substandard. It was a shame, and I won't be returning. By the way, there was a door separating the inner room from the adjacent room, and people from the adjacent room kept trying to get in all day. I assume it was out of curiosity, not intentional, but it was truly disturbing and frustrating.

The hotel is cost-effective and conveniently located. The only drawback is that it took nearly half an hour to check in, despite having done sufficient research and preparation before the trip.
