Reviews of Hotel Raffinato Chitose

Not good. The location is far from the station, and the shower pressure is weak. The shower curtain is also too short; honestly, I wonder how anyone is supposed to shower properly.

The room is clean and spacious. Check in procedure is easy. They provide free welcome drinks and amenities. All the facilities in the room were in good condition. Water pressure is good. Overall the service was good and very efficient.

Quite spacious. A bit far from the station. The sink area was a little dirty. Also, the shower curtain wasn't wide enough, so water leaked out, which was inconvenient.

I chose this hotel because it was cheap for a one-night stay in Chitose, as my flight arrived late and I just needed a place to sleep. It seems to be an old business hotel that has been renovated. The room size and bathroom/toilet facilities are still the same as they used to be, with only the wallpaper and doors looking like they've been replaced. There wasn't even enough space to put my suitcase, so I had to leave it on the floor. It might be okay if you're just looking for a basic place to sleep.

The hotel English name is not available in Google Map search, only Japanese name, causing us a little difficult to navigate from New Chitose airport to the hotel. Free on site parking for hotel guest is available. Breakfast is cozy Japanese meals in buffet style, delicious.

The hotel itself had a peculiar smell. There were hairs in the corner of the sink and under the pillow. They didn't tell me about the welcome drink. The futon was comfortable though.

The amenities were great and well-stocked. The bathroom was spacious, and the toilet was separate, which made the room feel large and open. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The staff were very kind and the facilities were comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

It was good, but the front desk wasn’t too helpful helping me get a taxi for my kids and I leaving us to was in heavy snow.

Location is good restaurants nearby amenities are good. Bed was good but the pillows in Japan always seem to be filled with some type of beans, but it was OK.

It was close to the airport and reasonably priced.
