Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Chizhou Mount Jiuhua

The room was spacious, and the location was excellent with a beautiful environment, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. The service was also impeccable; they contacted me in advance to confirm my estimated arrival time and had the room prepared beforehand. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor was very good, and the breakfast buffet was abundant.

The room was quite spacious, but like the hotel's facilities, it felt a bit old. The phone in the elevator lobby was missing its keypad, making it unusable. If your key card didn't work, you had to go all the way to the front desk. The breakfast selection was quite diverse. The lake view from the room was decent, directly facing Qishan. Overall, it felt like a regular local hotel, and the management could definitely use some improvement.

Front desk staffer Xiao Yang was incredibly warm and attentive. After checking in, she even added me on WeChat to send me all the check-in details. The hotel lobby has a beautiful European style. Breakfast was also great, with local Chizhou specialties available.

This is an old hotel in Chizhou. The external environment is very good. It is also close to the high-speed rail station and convenient for travel! The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. Thanks to Miss Zhou Ru of the hotel for her reception and for preparing Tremella soup, which was delicious!

The room is very large, clean and hygienic, with good soundproofing. Apart from the croaking of frogs outside the balcony, basically no other noise can be heard. There is a terrace, which is convenient for sunbathing. There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. The front desk service is good, and the room type is automatically upgraded for free. There are several local restaurants at the door, and the ratings are not bad. The location is slightly off, the facilities are a bit old, and the shower head has a small water flow, which is worrying.

Overall satisfied, staff contacted and coordinated service before arriving. The breakfast was rich and the service time was long. The room was large, and the lake view room had a beautiful view even in the rain. Two small suggestions, the balcony door track was not smooth and a bit stuck. The size of the TV could be considered to be upgraded.
