Fabulous hotel modern, clean and fantastic staff. Beautiful scenery, spacious pool and sunbathing area. Great entertainment every night and during. Food was delicious with great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner and definitely try the ala carte restaurant Ambrosia. The food, wine and silver service was the best.

Beautiful hotel and location. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Our apar**ent was clean, spacious and modern with beds made evey day. Food was great and both adults and kids always found something we enjoyed! Entertainment was fantastic - massive thank you to Marina and Anis for taking such good care of our girls and always checking in on them making sure they were happy and felt welcome, even during Evies 'soon I'll be 60 years old' karaoke performance Christos in the restaurant was so caring and made our dining experience special for the kids every time we visited. Our eldest Olivia was in tears leaving her friends (Entertainment staff) to go home! We will definitely return as soon as possible and are all in agreement that it was our favourite family holiday. Absolutely gutted we could only visit for a few days.

Well what else can we say, absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Delicious food, lovely and clean facilities, lovely staff and stunning views. This being our first holiday with our 8 month old we were a bit nervous, however all the staff made everything so easy. Will be returning soon. Highly recommend. And the beds were so comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. Amazing

Check in was ok had a plate of sandwiches as we arrived late. Bar staff not that happy apart from Eddie ( he just started ) Restaurant Staff very polite . All staff and management definitely looked after the guest who have been before ( maybe they need to look after new guest as well) Room 3702 had loads of ants which they clean up for us after asking them then did leave us some ant spray . Food was ok but nothing great but never went hungry.

I came here with my Mum and sister and stayed in a family room. It was bright, clean spacious and a balcony where we sat outside in the evenings with a drink. The food was excellent. There wasn't a single meal that we didn't enjoy and there was a lot of choice on the menu. It was my mum's birthday and the staff were so kind, affectionate and made my mum feel special. We had champagne for breakfast, another bottle at dinner and they left us a bottle in our room - compliments the hotel staff and they even bought my mum a lovely present. Thank you so much. Special mention to Eirini for being so loving and thoughtful towards my mum. She loved the present you gave her. Thank you to all of the staff. You have been brilliant and gave my family and I a wonderful holiday. Much love to you. Sonia

We stayed in room 2013 a side sea view room on 4th May- 13th May. The hotel was a 45 minute bus ride from the airport. The hotel is situated right on the seafront and was a two minute walk from the bus drop off to the reception. New buildings are being built all along the seafront in the whole of the Chlorakas, so you hear the building work from 7am. The hotel complex is not fenced in so members of the public could easily pass through the grounds. The hotel grounds could have been much tidier and the hedges and plants needed pruning and the concrete steps to our room were black dirty and needed a good scrub!! Bottled water was left in the room and replaced daily, bottled water was also available free at the bar.TV in the room had no English tv speaking TV channels. The air con in the room was noisy during the night. Soaps and shampoo was left in the room and replenished when they were empty. The light outside our room did not work so it was very dark returning to your room on an evening. There were only 4 pubs walking distance from the hotel one being a sports bar and another being a show bar with the other two bars being closed!! There were no other shops or restaurants or nightlife around the hotel area. All of the hotel staff are friendly and speak to you. The hotel food was good but at times not hot enough, the fried eggs on the show cooking station were stacked up and ALWAYS COLD so you had to ask and wait for the cook to make you freshly cooked eggs .The beef was always grizzly but the lamb and chicken dishes were lovely served in their favourable sauces. The salads needed better dressings not just oil and vinegar in bottles. The deserts were different to what you normally get in all-inclusive hotel and were really nice. The hotel room is as described on the Jet 2 booking website, but did required more drawers and area to put your clothes especially when there were three adults sharing. The pool snacks were EXCELLENT with wraps and burgers, chips sandwiches and panini and various flavoured salad boxes, pizza, all pre packed hot and ready to go. The day time restaurant did not change very much but the evening restaurant menu was much better and was themed. Melina in the main restaurant was an asset to the hotel and she never stopped working while Russi and George were always friendly in the pool bar The local bus to Paphos town centre bus station was number615 and cost 2 Euro one way and we walked back from the harbour to our hotel along the scenic coastal path which took us 1hour and thirty minutes at a leisurely pace. There was an incident in the pool area were a woman hurt her back in the pool people went to her assistance when she screamed, while the useless lifeguard slowly when back to his chair to put his mobile phone safely away before eventually wading into the pool to just stand looking around like a lost sheep!! While other guests attended to the woman!! The life guard sits on mobile phone all day. Well done Russi from the po

Arrived late evening, so obviously dark and really wasn’t sure if we had the correct hotel. Have never had to walk so far to the reception so maybe spruce the place up and get some good lighting. Check in was ok, abit slow for the amount of people that arrived at the same time, one man on reception. Our studio was 4501, right at the back of resort, wooden hand rails are rotten and completely broken at the concrete steps. Not much of a look out apart from a dumping ground next to the new playground. Studio was clean, comfy & spacious, we needed a plug for the bath and a new shower head and both were rectified almost immediately after a call to reception. Room for improvement regards food, should have been 2 chefs on the egg station for breakfast that can cook an omelette and get 2 pans on the go! Dinner although fairly good selection wasn’t always hot which was a shame. I hope these things will improve as the season kicks in and prices increase. It would be an amazing place to go if improvements are made because staff are great, entertainment was really good,

We had a lovely 7 night stay in this hotel. The rooms were spacious and showers had great water pressure. The beds were a little hard for us but there were spare duvets in the wardrobes so we put them under the sheet to soften the bed, which helped. Plenty of spare pillows too. The food was fine, we're not fussy eaters. Although the food temperature was tepid at best a fair few times. Would look into doing something to improve that if I were them. Our room keys kept on stopping working for some reason so that was a little inconvenient at times. There were plenty of sun loungers so never a rush to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve them. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. An absolute credit to the hotel. Extra thanks to Yianis and Erini (I think that's correct) in the restaurant - they were so lovely.
