A letter of commendation for the lady at the front desk. My stay this time was made incredibly pleasant by the exceptional service of Ms. Xiao Lei, the lady on duty at the front desk. Her professionalism and warmth truly exceeded my expectations! She greeted me with a friendly smile, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. Not only did she clearly explain important information like hotel facilities and breakfast times, but she also proactively asked if I had any special requests, showing great attention to detail. What surprised me most was that after learning the purpose of my trip, she discreetly arranged a free room upgrade for me. Walking into a more spacious and brighter room instantly touched me deeply by her thoughtfulness. Later, when I asked about local travel information, she patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, recommending routes with clear organization. Her enthusiasm and professionalism were consistent throughout. It's this kind of outstanding service that made my entire stay so comfortable and left me with an excellent impression of the hotel.

The front desk staff were excellent; they were quick to respond to requests and were very attentive and professional. Our room on the 24th floor was very high up, offering a great view of Longhuosi Park. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. They met all our special requests, and their cleaning was incredibly thorough – they even wiped the faucets clean and provided extra bottled water. The self-service laundry facilities on the first floor were a bonus, and the dryer was very efficient. The location is great for transport, being only 100 meters from the subway station. Nearby attractions like 9th Street and Grandma Xiong's Garden are all within walking distance.

The decoration design and facilities of this hotel are very luxurious, the guest room bedding is very comfortable, the hotel service is also very thoughtful, the whole hotel waiter always greets with a smile, it feels very kind and warm, the front desk sister upgraded me to a room with a good view when I checked in 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹, the welcome fruit is very rich, and there is a hand-painted welcome card, which is very considerate ❤. The noodle cooking sister in the breakfast restaurant also enthusiastically introduced their special noodles and handmade wontons, which really tasted great 👍👍👍 I went out to do business in the morning and returned to the hotel. I saw the room aunt tidying up the room. She also specially helped me fold the shirt on the sofa 🙏, and took the initiative to ask me to introduce the hotel to provide guests with free laundry service. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby lounge area on the first floor, and the drinks in the mini bar in the room are also free. When I checked out of the hotel, the two sisters at the front desk specially prepared mineral water for me to take on the road. It was really thoughtful. To be honest, this is a great value for money stay experience. I also think it is the highest-end hotel in Jiangjin, with the most thoughtful service 👍👍👍👍👍 I will definitely choose Shuangfu Holiday Hotel when I come here on business trips in the future

This holiday hotel is a little bigger than other ones. The lobby is very grand. There are not many people on weekends, so you don’t have to squeeze with everyone. I caught the last weekend buffet and the food exceeded my expectations. The space and feeling of the room are also great. It is really worth the money! It is worth mentioning that the large lawn next to the hotel is simply too good. It is really pleasant on sunny days. If you happen to have no tables and chairs, you can walk down the road to the lake, where there are parasols, tables and chairs, and a mini beach, which is very friendly to children. It is worth staying again!

The hotel we chose for this trip is really satisfying! As soon as we stepped into the lobby, enthusiastic staff came to us to check in. The buffet dinner has a rich variety, fresh ingredients and a lot of seafood. I will eat here again next time. The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. I stayed with my family. The front desk service was super warm. Jasmin checked me in. Seeing that my family was with me, she even arranged the rooms together. I brought my child Zoey with me. She gave the child a little animal sticker. The child had a lot of fun. Lacey was always concerned about how we were staying. It was like going home. I will come again next time.
