Yun Ding Homestay (Jiefangbei Haochi Street Branch)

Great room, small but cozy. The place was a little hard to find at first, it’s located near lots of restaurants and shops. The owner was really kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to go. The view of the city was stunning from so high up.

The location of the hotel is extremely good and the view from the window is impressive, but that's all. On the first day, I had booked a better room and they put me in a much smaller and worse room. The bathroom drain was clogged and I had to take a super quick shower so as not to flood the rest of the room. The other day they relocated me to the other room but they didn't give anything in return as an apology because clearly the first day's room was cheaper than I paid. After moving to the other room I thought the problems were over but then another one appeared. The drain of the bathroom sink came back with an unbearable smell of sewage, which even made me wake up at night with so much bad smell. I asked them to solve it and they partially solved it. In addition, in general the two rooms were dirty. At least, the host was super attentive to the messages.

The owner was very helpful, and welcoming! They provide the toiletries and other necessities very well also he even ordered some medicine for me and helped me manage my deliveries. Amazing service! And location is very easily accessible to metro and main attractions!

We stayed for 3 days, and i haven’t noticed anyone cleaned anything at that period of time. No towels, only disposable, for 3 nights stay which is clearly not enough. They also didn’t send wechat contacts as it was promised so we had a hard time entering the “house stay” itself on the arrival. Location is good tho. But it’s 37th floor and the building is so old and creepy, and you wait for the elevator for eternity.

The location is excellent, near to Jiefenbei and all sorts of restaurants and street food vendors. The place is darks and our first impression were the is creepy. The reception area looked like storeroom. The room itself appeared reasonably fine but the washroom has toilet in between the shower & tiny sink caused mobility restriction.

Everything was ok, and the communication witt he host is quick, but it's rather basic and I don't really understand the great opinions. The bathroom is tiny and really weirdly equipped. Unfortunately no western toilet. The wifi-connection was poor.

The location is amazing. It’s located on the 36 floor which has a great view. The owner is super available and you can message him all day (only online) the room is quite big also

I really enjoyed my stay as a guest. Everything was wonderful. The only downside was the plumbing, which wasn't working properly
