Throught Wechat communicated with ladies who gave us location for taxi and met us to take to room. The ladies helped make our stay by being super helpful. We had cave room with Balcony, have put some photos of view, we loved it, basic ,it resembled a cave, which im not sure the photos do justice. The bed was so comfortable and large, beautifully lit by a light fire on wall. Hairdryer, toiletries were in room with disposable towel which worked so well and changed daily. Kettle and water provided need to supply own coffee or tea or use the tea room almost next door. No TV but with a view we had why would you want one. The open planed bedroom above was an experience to get to not for anyone with mobility issues. Subway station within walking distance so easy to use to get to all touristy places. The location Shibati is stunning very photogenic with loads to see and explore. Alot of stairs so be warmed. Would recommend staying here.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great ambiance and a large terrace, which I absolutely loved. It's located right in the 18 Steps scenic area, so there are plenty of delicious food options and fun things to do. Getting around is also very convenient.

This place is absolutely not worth the price. I specifically filtered for family-friendly hotels when booking, but when I arrived, there was no TV, no family entertainment facilities whatsoever – no tents, slides, or toys. There were no kids' cartoon bedsheets or children's toiletries. What kind of 'family room' is this? It's pure nonsense. The only redeeming qualities are its location within the scenic area and a butler service; everything else is worthless. Families traveling with children should definitely avoid this guesthouse!

Great experience in the cave like room, very special ,right in Shibaiti, perfect for exploring this area and also in walking distance from everything you need, supermarket, food, subway. Short walk to Jiafangbei as well. Everything you need is provided, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage and they even came to help us carry everything. Had a great stay and would recommend this unique hotel

Overall a great experience with the home stay, Is very much preferred by tourists comes with group, attached to a famous place - 十八梯 and a train station. The staff were friendly and the room I had was amazing. Highly recommended and easily hunt for food anywhere

The B&B is in a great location, right within the Shibati scenic area, and close to Jiaochangkou metro station. There are supermarkets and restaurants conveniently located nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided disposable slippers and bath towels. There's also a lovely little courtyard outside. We bought some buns and soy milk for breakfast from a local shop and enjoyed eating them in the courtyard – it was really comfortable and pleasant. The hostess even helped us with laundry and drying our clothes, and through the concierge, we booked a tour to Wulong's Tiankeng and Difeng. The concierge service was also very thoughtful and easy to communicate with via WeChat. Just a heads-up: you'll need to carry your luggage up some stairs, so make sure your driver drops you off at the "upper section of Shibati" address provided by the concierge. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and highly recommend it!
