The five-star service was consistently excellent throughout my entire stay, from the concierge's luggage assistance to the daily housekeeping, all demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant and tranquil, the rooms offer expansive views, and the facilities are meticulously maintained. The dining was consistently good and delicious. This stay far exceeded my expectations, making it an ideal choice for both business meetings and leisure travel. Xiao Zhang from reception and Xiao Ting from the front desk were particularly wonderful and provided excellent service.

The hotel's buffet provides a diverse selection of delicious food, and the service from staff members like Xiao Zhou and Xiao Zhang was attentive and of high quality. Its comprehensive complementary facilities, such as the gym and card room, cater to the varied needs of different guests. Furthermore, the thorough safety and security measures ensure guests feel completely at ease.

Very good experience overall! The hotel's check-in and check-out procedures were incredibly efficient. The rooms were bright, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. I was also very satisfied with the thoughtful complimentary services provided, such as parking.

Really loved this hotel! My friends and I booked it for our trip to Chongqing. The room was great, with a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, making our stay very comfortable. Xiao Zhou and Xiao Li also provided excellent service, being flexible and proactive in addressing our needs.

Having returned to this hotel multiple times, I can confidently say it's currently the best hotel in Chayuan, bar none. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and the room was impeccably clean. I am highly satisfied.

Extremely comfortable stay! The location is fantastic, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms are spacious and equipped with very new facilities. I can honestly say this hotel is a high-end establishment, easily on par with, if not better than, those top-tier five-star brands. Highly recommended!
