Yagu AI Smart Hotel (Chongqing North Railway Station)

I thought booking at railway station would be convenient, only to realise I have to cross a bridge to get to the hotel. No elevators, no lifts. I have to carry up and down the huge flight of stairs. All the hotels r opposite ie. Cross that bridge. If I knew, I will choose other hotels near other metro station like jie fang bei

Was pretty amazed at what technology can do these days, had lots of fun playing with Xiaodu. Other than its AI technology, the hotel is very very comfortable and the beds are so big and comfortable I had good nights everyday here. They even have washing machine for laundry and a super market just nearby. The location is not too far from the train station but at least a 10mins walk mostly unsheltered. I had some difficulties finding the place initially, but it’s easy once you’ve done it the first time! It’s located on the 9th floor of B block, the entrance is next to the restaurant that sells 豌杂面 (it’s pretty good should give it a try), go past the security guard and take the lift to the 9th floor.

Hotel location is very near the north railway station, the main reason we stayed here. There is a large supermarket just in front of the hotel building. Lots of food and small convenient stores around. The room is clean with modern decor. The AI controls for the room is pretty cool, my first experience. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would return again if we were to stay near the north railway station.

Location is not convenience. We arrive in the middle of the night the staff not in the counter yet we only have data but couldn’t make call. End up we add their WeChat and make a voice call. The Room smells strongly of cigarettes! Once step in can smell it, not comfortable

The hotel is very cool, the room itself provides a whole mahjong table with tiles, a Ai robot that can play music and other things

Had alot of fun with the ai xiao du. Clean and big and comfy.
