Great service and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was spotless, and the smart speaker (Xiao Du) voice control was very convenient. The facilities were comprehensive, pretty much everything you'd need was there. Definitely great value for money, highly recommend! I'll book this place again next time.

The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in. The location is convenient for getting around. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The soundproofing was good. I stayed in several hotels during my week-long trip to Chongqing, and this one had pretty poor hygiene. Everywhere I looked, there were stains, like on the floor-length sheer curtains. When I pulled back the duvet, a cloud of dust came up from the headboard. The room wasn't big, and the layout of the room I was assigned (see picture one) felt like sleeping under a beam, which was very oppressive. The bathroom drain would occasionally gurgle loudly, even when I wasn't using water in the room, and it was quite noisy in the middle of the night.
