Very comfortable stay with free upgrade to suite, impressive views at night. Walking distance to jiefang bei and bayi food street. Special mention for excellent service from front desk office staffs, will recommend friends to come and stay.

Had a great time here views were stunning! The staff were very friendly! Although one downside is that you have to change lift to go up to the hotel and the queue is always insane.

The best hotel in Chongqing😍

Our last hotel for our vacation. It is quite pricey but it comes with a view although we rarely get to enjoy the view as we are outside most of the time. Service from front desks were good. They welcomed us warmly during check in and let us know about our room type. The staff also helped us that night when we encountered problem during food delivery, thank you so much for your assistance. Hotel had a bar where we could get water bottle which was good. Cleanliness of room could however be improved. Found quite a lot of stains on floor, toilet bowls and even showering area. Housekeeping did not top up items that have been used also. For example, snacks, towels which we were told would be top up. And toiletries like toilet roll was only topped up with 1 roll (not full) which wasn’t enough and we had to call and request. Overall, front desk was good and we might return again in the future.

The women at the reception are REALLY kind and although they don't speak English, they go out of their way to use a translation app. The view is wonderful (see photo), as well as the room. The water bottles are replenished every day, as well as the sodas! The general information is given via WeChat, which is very convenient. The airconditioning works well and the controls for the airconditioning and the lights are right next to the bed. After check-out it is possible to leave your luggage and even after picking up the luggage, the reception is hospitable. You're free to relax and wind down as long as you want - water bottle provided (again)!

Best Value hotel + Best view hotel + exceptional service hands down. Great if you are tourist or on biz trip as location is perfect. I stayed in Intercon and the view is similar for 30% of the price. Hospitality is Great. I wanted to give special shout out to all the receptionists. They are all doing phenomenal job. There is free laundry and dryer for long stay traveler.

You need to transfer elevators twice to get to the hotel. It is in a building with many other small hotels. The elevator is old and terrifying to take. The hotel room itself is nice and the staff was very accommodating. Our first room had a pipe issue, and they immediately changed it. The view was the selling point, but it gets old after the first day.

Their service is impeccable. CaiCai & XiaoAi is very good. Very attentive. Keep up the good work. Jiayou

We had a really nice stay at the hotel, on arrival they offered us room upgrade. The room had a great views on two sides, one of the city and one of the river. In the afternoon the view is really misty but at night really beautiful. The staff xiaozhi and xiaolu was kind and helpful.

The view from the window was exceptional. The night light show was spectacular from this point. The staff at the front desk very polite and dedicated. They helped with all problems immediately. Very responsive - I wish people like them also work in other places! Thank you a lot! 😊 The room is spacious enough and clean.

We are quite satisfied with the hotel and the stay. A few positives: 1) Service is fantastic! The front desk really go far and beyond their duty 2) location is good for the subway and Didi ( Jiefangbei is really bad for traffic, so this is a major plus point) 3) the room is spacious and bed is very comfy for Chinese hotel brand. 4) food delivery is easy as the courier can bring it up straight to your door..no issue even if no breakfast in the hotel as you can get anything delivered to your room very quickly. The negatives: 1) the hotel is actually located in a multi use building which require two elevators change. You sometimes have to wait for sometime as the elevator is shared with a sight seeing spot. 2) the hardware of the hotel is showing its age. Some of the wood is peeling off, and the carpet showing marks and burnt mark. 3) the design of the toilet is not great. If you are taller than 175 cm, will be a bit cramp to sit on the toilet while keeping the door closed. Overall if we ever come back to Chongqing, and want to stay near Jiefangbei, would definitely choose this hotel again for the staff and the comfy bed.

Second time I have stayed at the hotel. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Close to all facilities. Rooms are clean and very good views. Would highly recommend.
