The customer service here was very amazing, we had many requests but the staff was very friendly to attend to it such as changing rooms and plugging in our outlet for us, doing laundry. they were all super friendly, the hotel room with no windows was very cozy and nice. TV was well equipped with many shows, with comfortable bedsheets. receptionists are very pretty and very responsive when we contact them through wechat so contacting them even outside the hotel room is no issue. location is amazing, right beside jiefangbei.

a really comfortable and enjoyable experience staying at Yue Hotel, the front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful, daily housekeeping was done well too! the room was spacious enough for us and beds were comfortable too. will be back if i’m in chongqing again!

The hotel provided excellent service with friendly staff and a comfortable room. The location was perfect, close to attractions. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay!
The entrance is located on the 10th floor of the Xinhua building.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the transportation is very convenient, and it is very close to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave. Staffs are very friendly and helpful

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel during my visit to Chongqing. The location was excellent—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city skyline.
