This reflects that we have omissions in the service process and internal communication, and our failure to provide you with smooth and efficient residential services. We have reviewed the relevant teams, and will strengthen the training and supervision of the butler's handover process to ensure accurate information transmission and timely service response. Regarding the error of the drone performance information, we learned that because the government temporarily increased the number of performances, the hotel did not receive the official relevant notice, resulting in the failure to provide you with accurate guidance and missing the wonderful experience. We understand your confusion about the experience of Storm Spa.
