Regarding the issue of the sofa bed being a bit small, our sofa bed is designed in a single size, more suitable for children or adults with a smaller frame. Your feedback reminds us to be more proactive in informing guests with multiple occupants about the sofa bed size during booking or check-in, helping you better plan your sleeping arrangements. We sincerely apologize for the voice system not being sensitive enough. We have arranged for our engineering team to conduct a comprehensive inspection and upgrade of the system, and we will also check similar equipment in other rooms to ensure smooth and worry-free voice interaction.
