Chongqing Ranjiaba Howard Johnson Club Hotel

I ended up staying at this hotel by chance, picked it somewhat randomly because it was late, and surprisingly, it was pretty good! The location is close to Xingguangli. The lobby being on the second floor was a minor inconvenience, but the front desk staff were there to guide me, which was helpful. They also use robots for deliveries, which is quite smart. Xiao Xin and Xiao Lin were both excellent!

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, Yuki and Brian, were very welcoming and provided excellent service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

I just finished using the toilet and realized there's no toilet paper! What am I supposed to do, use my hand?

The hotel's location isn't particularly convenient. I stayed during a cold snap and experienced exceptionally attentive service (special thanks to Xiao Qian, Shi Ya, and Xiao Wang) due to an issue with the room's AC temperature. They really went above and beyond to make me feel valued. My five-star rating isn't because of a free room upgrade; the physical facilities might not be perfect, but the service was truly heartwarming, a stark contrast to the cold weather in Chongqing during my stay. Thank you!

I have to give the parking garage full marks! It's spacious, well-lit, and the parking spots are clearly marked, making it super easy even for a new driver like me to park. The elevator goes directly to the lobby, so hauling luggage is no hassle at all. It's so hard to find a hotel with good parking in Chongqing, and your place is truly a blessing for road trippers! The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are all very polite, and it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Both my eyes and my stomach were satisfied – this breakfast was definitely worth the room rate! And when I checked in, the front desk attendant even helped me take my luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use the room's facilities. The room itself was clean and tidy, which was really great.

The bedding and bathrobes in the room are very comfortable, and the front desk service is excellent. They even offered a warm cup of tea upon check-in, which was delicious. It's a great hotel.

I really loved the hotel gym! It has a full range of equipment and is nice and quiet. My muscles were sore after my workout, but I felt amazing. The front desk staff even recommended a morning jogging route that takes you through charming local alleyways, and afterward, you can grab a bowl of noodles – so satisfying! The hotel lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms are all very nice, and the room was spotlessly clean, making it a reliable choice for a stay. During my visit, I even received a call from the front desk checking on my experience, which was a thoughtful touch.
