Good environment and a decent location. I recommend the book in the lobby.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with all the facilities you could need. The laundry room and gym are both 24-hour self-service, which is a thoughtful touch, and the laundry service is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, especially the Chongqing noodles, which were very authentic. The soy milk and tofu pudding were also very nice. The front desk lady, Yijin, provided excellent and attentive service, and she was very quick with issuing the invoice.

My overall stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful; they greeted me warmly upon arrival, and the young lady who assisted me was very kind. My room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and粥 (porridge), and they refilled items promptly. The food tasted wholesome and delicious. The location was convenient for getting around, and the amenities were comprehensive. I didn't encounter any issues throughout my stay. The value for money is great, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. Plus, you can read books in the lobby, which is a nice touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

Five stars to the housekeeping service at Atour Hotel Chongqing North Station North Square! The staff are incredibly thorough and thoughtful. They clean every corner daily, making sure the bedding is perfectly neat, the bathroom mirror, window sills, and even tricky spots around table corners are spotless. All the cups and toiletries are neatly arranged, and there's not a hint of unpleasant odor in the entire room. I brought a lot of personal items, and when they cleaned, they gently tidied up my clothes without moving anything around. They proactively replenished drinking water and toiletries. After seeing my cold medicine on the table, they thoughtfully provided two extra bottles of warm water. Mid-stay, I needed an extra pillow and tissues, and the housekeeping center responded incredibly quickly, delivering them to my door within minutes with soft voices and great politeness. The housekeeping team is warm, diligent, and consistently maintains a professional and gentle service attitude. The clean and comfortable room, combined with their meticulous attention to detail, along with the enthusiastic and considerate service from the young man named Shi Yi at the front desk, truly melted away all my travel fatigue. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling from North Station. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel because I arrived late and it's close to the North Station, which made getting around super convenient. The breakfast was really plentiful (the osmanthus syrup smelled amazing!). The staff were very friendly, and my room was quiet. There were a few minor imperfections, but nothing that affected my stay.

Hotel location: It's a bit of a trek with luggage as you have to cross a skybridge, but once we arrived, the friendly front desk staff instantly made us forget any inconvenience. On our second day, they even offered to drive us to the high-speed rail station 🚅. The hotel is also very close to the hot pot street, so location is definitely not an issue – it's convenient and close. Hotel hygiene: As always, the room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable and very soft, and the pillows were a dream. Since we were going hiking the next day, the front desk politely asked about our destination. Upon learning we were going mountain climbing, they immediately offered us several bottles of water to take along. Even if I hadn't taken them, this gesture alone deserves full marks, so the service is highly recommended. Just to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a Bobo Noodles shop. The taste is simply incredible, the portions are generous, and the meat 🥩 and vegetables are substantial. The owner himself eats the ingredients, so there's no doubt about their quality.

The room itself had excellent soundproofing and a thoughtful design, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding at InterContinental is always top-notch too.
