Orange Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongyadong Riverview)

Extremely convenient for getting around! You take the elevator up, and it's just a few steps to the subway station. In a city where you do a lot of walking, having such a convenient place to stay is fantastic. I arrived early and got a free upgrade to a river view room for one night. It had a small balcony where we could enjoy tea, chat, and admire the river. It was great! I'd definitely book here again. Orange Hotel is a chain, so it's quite reliable. This place has a lot of character, and my family really enjoyed it. Chongqing's transportation is unique. We took the subway to Linjiangmen station, walked to Kuaixing Tower, crossed a bridge on the platform, and then we were at the famous spot – where you think you're on the 1st floor, but you're actually on the 22nd. Just find the elevator to go down to the 1st floor, and you'll find the hotel lobby (there are signs in the elevator too).

The room was spacious. It's only a 5-minute walk to Hongyadong, and there's a direct elevator to the 22nd floor. It's also convenient for getting to Kuaixinglou and Jiefangbei. There's free coffee, and a restaurant and convenience store right next door. It's perfect for families or couples traveling together.

The room was very spacious. My child just finished the high school entrance exam, so I brought him here to relax, and we were very happy with the hotel. It has a small balcony, and although it's enclosed, the river view is still quite nice.

The location is super convenient, as the elevators from the 22nd floor directly access the 'flat street' at 8D Chongqing Kuixing Tower. It's right next to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, and close to Qianximen Bridge, Jialing River Bridge, and Dongshuimen Bridge. Taxis are readily available. Across the river, you can see all the major banks, and the night view is stunning. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, though.

The river view room was very comfortable. Everything was great except for the soundproofing being a bit weak. If the road noise from the balcony is an issue, you can close the balcony door, and it will significantly reduce the noise.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chongqing! The room was very spacious, and even though it's near attractions, the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a really quiet night's sleep. The location is a definite highlight – after enjoying the night view at Hongyadong, I didn't have to queue for a taxi; it was just a short walk back. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is truly magical! Just a few minutes' walk from the lobby on the first floor, you're at the Hongyadong scenic area. Take the elevator from the first-floor lobby up to the 22nd floor, and you'll find yourself on the first-floor plaza of Kuixinglou. From there, a few minutes' walk past the XX restaurant on the 11th floor of Hongyadong brings you to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It’s an instant immersion into the unique topography of this mountain city. The room facilities are comprehensive, smart, and modern. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively upgraded us to a river-view room, offering stunning views of the Jialing River and Qianximen Bridge. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. I'm extremely satisfied!

The location is super convenient, really close to the attractions. Plus, it's very clean! Highly recommend!
