體驗感不好，很多設計不合理：
1、空調外機就用木板隔了一下，開起太吵
2、洗臉盆水龍頭過高，水也很灑，洗臉弄一身水
3、水龍頭摸起來油油的，不知用什麼擦的
4、地太滑，小孩上廁所出來就摔一跤，我也差點摔跤
5、水不夠熱，沒辦法洗澡
（服務人員還是很好，當時因為空調外機吵的問題，及時跟我們溝通，但確實酒店硬件沒辦法接受，本來訂了5天房間，第二天果斷退房）

窗户不隔音，空調噪音很大，空調按鍵已經看不清，除了噪音大都還好，價格實惠，交通也很方便，樓下有個人客運站！

酒店的位置很方便，有自己的停車場，停車管理師傅態度不錯。客房面積夠大設施也算齊全，但有些老舊，衞生尚可，空調控制器上的字跡看不清，啟動電視機和網絡大費周折，管理和服務意識較差，官商態度很濃，退房時查房很慢，客房服務員的服務態度更是勉強。總之，實際水平和該店的三鑽定位差距較大。

房間比較老舊，地毯很臟！而且亂加費，大家退房的時候最好跟前台確認清楚！儘量不要使用閃住，後自動扣費的功能。它們要亂加費用，你如果不注意就讓它們得逞了！
