首先這家酒店住房分兩棟樓，其中普通房的3號樓是需要爬很陡很長的一段坡，我帶着4個小孩一個長者一個阿姨入住，三個房間，前台硬是給我們分開兩棟樓，兩棟樓的距離基本是需要開車的距離，怎麼説都是一句話沒有房間了……到了晚上我開車送阿姨和其中一個小孩去三號樓結果鑰匙開不了門，酒店也沒有任何服務人員幫助，最後在我強烈要求下2號樓“突然”有房間了，但是要讓我加280一天，我反對，最後又説180一天🥺同行的朋友發現3號樓就是普通標間，而我們在攜程上都是預訂的豪華標間，找前台理論，前台就説攜程上訂的全是安排普通房，確實很牛掰！ 早餐連一般商務酒店都不如，兑水兑到顏色都變了的牛奶和豆漿，加了一噸糖，事先煮好的麪條和稀飯，一點包子饅頭，沒了......誰給你勇氣要收取28一個人的？最後退房時前台硬是説我沒付房費，最後我找出微信付款記錄還不承認，最後硬是耽誤了半個小時，攜程上訂過很多酒店，好的，一般的.......但是這家肯定是最差的，大家還是選擇民宿吧，這家確實不知道怎麼評上四星的
