床上有很多毛，是什麼毛直接看圖吧，還有頭髮，最過分的是還有血。。。（p1-p4）我們當時晚上八點到的，到了直接出去吃飯了，十二點才回去，掀開被子就發現很臟，讓前台來換床單，先是説的給我送來我自己換，因為換床單的是男性，我説不介意。這個男性來了之後，先是拍照那些不乾淨的地方，然後説把床單拿來我們自己換，我們一直説我們不會，他才動手幫我們換，並且他聽到我們不會之後，態度一下就變了，換的全程都很生氣，並且是我們跟他一起換的，到底誰是顧客？搞得像我們欠他似的，我們當時就問有沒有什麼補償，他一直轉移話題，避重就輕，並且拿來換的床單也是爛的！爛的！（p4-p8）

有點不錯，裝修不錯，然後他的。馬桶也不錯，然後整個都是智能的房間嗯，還可以吧，就是我住的這個房間。然後我住的這個酒店，可能這個配置有點低吧，沒關係，這個價格可能是比較合適吧。然後的話，他們這邊嗯。旁邊有火鍋店，還是不錯的，很喜歡這邊的甘泉。

⭐整體評分：6/10
酒店在石橋鋪，離大坪時代天街蠻近，主打【全屋智能】，房間走的原木簡約風，有全季酒店平替的感覺。
我和男友是週末入住，房態緊張沒能免費升房，最後自費升到了『豪華投影大床房』，面積在25-30㎡，還是蠻寬敞的。
⭕先講比較戳我的點：
-電梯牆紙風格和房間統一，都是原木風
-全屋智能，包括自動窗簾、小度音響、床邊感應燈條（有音響就上大分！
-七樓景觀不錯，視野很開闊
-服務不錯，前台和清潔人員都較有耐心
❌但槽點也是很多的：
-離輕軌站稍遠，步行10分鐘，要過地下通道
-衞生不過關，淋浴間茶几音響窗户都有明顯灰塵；被褥褶皺略多，整體觀感並不好
-衞生紙提供少，捲紙和抽紙都不夠用
-不隔音，門外能清楚聽到門內動靜
-花灑水壓過小，水温微調就會冷熱變化很大，淋浴體驗很不好
-早餐種類太少，衹有饅頭花捲鹹菜，一個熱菜一個炒粉，兩種飲品，雞蛋也是一人限一個
-吹風機需要手動持續按鍵使用，不方便
-投影賬號非會員，需要自費（會員應該是基本配置吧...
-酒店名稱在各平台不一樣，攜程是格泰智慧酒店，大眾點評是格泰智能精品酒店，大堂寫的又是格泰精品酒店，不太專業
總體來看，這個價位能住到配音響的智能酒店已經不錯了，但其他細節真的還需要加強！大家住酒店最看重什麼呢？

出來自駕遊，在這裏住了一天又續住一天，停車免費車位略緊張，衞生尚可、服務態度不錯，離地鐵站不算太遠，附近有個永輝超市，周邊吃東西的小店挺多的。

完全沒想到這個價位能住到這麼好的房間，感覺就像撿漏了一樣，衞生打掃的非常乾淨，前台妹妹客房阿姨都非常熱情，感覺是新酒店，連硬件設施都是新的，房間又大，佈局看起來也特別舒服，環境好，還有免費的早餐，早上起來喝個熱粥吃個雞蛋很温暖，我們這些外地人不用跑出去到處找吃早飯的，挺好，下次有機會還會來，謝謝前台妹妹的耐心解答。

酒店是才裝修的酒店，風格我很喜歡，整體看起來都很舒服，前台小姐姐推薦升級了投影房，一進房間驚呆了，這個價位的酒店居然有這麼好的硬件條件，床墊睡起很舒服，好喜歡他家的枕頭，一晚上睡得很好，服務也很熱情，給你推薦那裡有吃的，衞生也做的很乾凈，總之是值得五星好評啦！
