整體不錯，從預訂到入住都十分順利。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓人感覺十分放鬆。酒店的服務人員態度熱情周到，為我們耐心提供諮詢服務；酒店隔壁居然是新華書店，等朋友的間歇去坐了一會兒，真是不一樣的心境；此外交通也極其便利，高速路口幾分鐘（房間一大半朝小區，很安靜），步行大約8分鐘就是輕軌站和區政府廣場，隔壁還有211西南大學，自然博物館，金剛碑古鎮；周圍有很多本土美食店，為我們的行程提供了很多便利。總之，這家酒店非常值得推薦，我們下次還會選擇這裏。

服務態度很好，離地鐵站很近，出行還是很方便，步行街很多好吃的，可以走路過去，公交車也就幾個站，房間落地窗住着很舒服！

在攜程上掛的照片很漂亮，實際體驗到配備的座椅地毯床和桌子沙發、衞生間的設施都很陳舊。停車場在地下室，訂了雙床房160多元，酒店衹負責12小時內的停車費，晚上六點多住的總不能早上六點多起來就離店走吧？攜程平台上寫的是免費停車。説自己地面上的停車場不在酒店這裏。總服務枱的值班人員缺乏基本的迎客服務素養。樓道拐來拐去才能到唯一的電梯口，存在消防安全隱患。

這個酒店200塊真的是一點都不值，出電梯到客房一股腳臭味，到房間一看房間也弄錯了，又下去找前台……環境真的是很差，衞生也差，房間非常小，要不是帶兩個娃累的要死的話，真想立馬換一家

房間的各方面都是非常好的，然後以相對便宜的價格住到一個還挺好的一個酒店是很驚喜的。而且房間各方面也沒有任何什麼類似於牆皮脱落的那種情況，然後都處理的挺好，然後像電視那些空調那些都裝備完善。
