酒店簡直絕了！！我們定的大床房，但是給我們的卻是單人床，兩個人睡都已經很擠了，去找前台，那個前台一直強調我們住了沒有解決辦法，閉口不提他們虛假營銷。明知道給我們住的是單間，還要給我們房卡，真是在法律紅線的邊緣跳舞！酒店的訂單上明明寫了1.5米，那個前台還説什麼我們的大床房有的是1.5,有的是1.35！介紹裏明明沒有寫。大家遇到這種問題一定要跟酒店前台協商，如果解決不了就去找官方客服，或者打12315進行投訴。
