酒店設施可以用破舊來形容，房間一股很大的臭味，進門瞬間就有想退房的想法，心想大熱天找酒店業麻煩心想空調開着會好一點，結果空調開了半小時沒有任何效果，人在房間裏汗水直流，鼻子也受不了，酒店不給退房退款，最後選擇直接退房房費不要了？
