I arrived at 1:30pm (half hour early) and was told to return at 2pm. No problem, I thought. I came back at 2:15 and waited until 2:45 before they checked me in. I went to my room with the room card, but it was still not ready. 30 minutes later, at 3:15pm, I got access to my room. Unfortunately, I had an appointment at 3:00 which I missed. The room was acceptable: there was no bottled water, but the bed was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very close to a metro station.

Convenient location, just by the road, easy to find, with direct elevator access, the hotel is stylish and fresh, the room is larger, there are recliners, small sofas, desks, large beds, comfortable bedding, the bathroom is separated from dry and wet, and the mirror light can be adjusted. 酒店地點十分便利，一下樓便是觀音橋步行街，附近有大量小食店，離地鐵站不足五分鐘步程
房間頗大，床亦舒適，外賣可直接送至房間，房內有可移動桌椅供人使用
唯一問題是浴室拖鞋膠臭味強烈，理解酒店希望提供浴室拖鞋予人方便，惟的確會令浴室一直有一股臭味，建議酒店將膠拖鞋放於前台位置供客人按意願領取使用。

房間裝修風格是ok的，地段也是ok的，但是設施太太太舊了，窗簾也是爛的，淋浴間我一個一百斤的人都轉不過身，老闆可以考慮重新裝修了
