臟亂差，提前半個月訂的活動價還給賣了，10平米換成3平米的值班房，床下放滿舊雜物，廁所用桶用盆接滿廢水，態度還極差，不建議入住，希望平台查處房東將我年前訂的10平方的38元活動價住宿，在當日以當天90元租給別人，從7樓緣聚公寓單間換成3個平方堆滿雜物的9樓的金楓公寓的門衞大爺職班室。告之我緣聚公寓己無房，還叫我取消訂單退房，很晚了，我不同意後，就把我安排到了另家金楓公寓的926號3平方的門衞大爺環保做衞生的雜物間。床單被套都是大爺睡過的，沒有洗換過。房東態度很不好，一直抱怨我是年前訂的緣聚公寓單間，現在是住在他家金楓公寓職班室，大爺沒地方住了。我早訂己付款38元的單間被房東以90元賣掉了，中間被房東多賣了52元，讓我住在了另一家雜物搞衞生的保潔員的工作間，當時我就覺的很委曲，想不到今早我和丈夫肚漲，我在公共衞生間上廁，獨蹲位，我上廁中，我丈夫想上廁，房東有閑置廁所也不讓人上廁，態度十分惡劣。房子一直罵罵咧咧的，我口角上都忍了，環境差不説，還假宣傳搞活動，搶到了平台活動價後，就給旅遊者換成3平方的值班室。

#好評#對鄰近店舖滿意；#負評#對房內採光，性價比，床品舒適度，走廊隔音失望；在老居民楼里 就一部电梯 特别慢 我是走楼梯上去的 里面电线什么的都外露 有很大的安全隐患 房间小的可怜 行李放的地方都没有
不过外面有商场 如果图便宜的话可以入住 最后因为不喜欢酒店环境没去住 一个房间没取消成功就过来评价一下

′單人獨衞，有風扇。路對面300米就是好吃街。看電影，吃，坐地鐵，公交都很方便。店主也很好的。適合單人旅行學生黨。經濟實惠
