Orange Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street)

The location is excellent, peaceful yet central, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room itself was nice, tidy, and clean – I had a very comfortable stay. The lighting was a little on the dim side, though. What truly stood out was the front desk girl, who was incredibly warm and charming. The hotpot restaurant she recommended was delicious and great value for money. They even gave a small gift when checking out! Next time I'm in Chongqing, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodation.

The service was excellent. There was a dedicated staff member named Huihui who helped resolve issues via WeChat, and all the other staff were incredibly thoughtful. Since we were from out of province, they kindly provided travel tips and dining recommendations. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift when we checked out. It was a fantastic experience!

The room was clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The location is directly opposite the Yangtze River Cableway and very close to Jiefangbei, making it super convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to the front desk lady at Orange Hotel – she was beautiful and had a kind heart!

The security is terrible; anyone can access the elevators and floors without a key card. The hotel is located right by an uphill road, and the sound of cars accelerating is disruptive to sleep. The lighting in the lobby and rooms is dim, making it feel a bit eerie. The walls seem to be decorated with glass, which looks very cheap. Breakfast options are limited, and the oily floor sticks to your shoes with a squishy sound, creating a strange rhythm as you walk. The only convenience is that the subway entrance and the Yangtze River Cableway are just across the street.

When I first walked in, I thought I'd entered the wrong place; it's huge! I heard it's part of the HUAZHU group. The room layout is good, the bed is very big and soft, and there's even a mini-fridge. It's my first time staying in such a fancy hotel.

A very satisfying hotel stay. It's a bit older than other Orange Hotels, but perfectly functional. The service from the staff, especially the auntie, was excellent. She even sewed my broken backpack strap for free! A truly wonderful travel experience.

Clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. The breakfast spread was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The air conditioning worked great and the room layout was well-designed. Overall, a good stay, suitable for business travelers and families. Highly recommended!

The front desk service was absolutely wonderful! They even upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast so we could sleep soundly, which was such a relief for an introvert like me – it really put me at ease. 😄 Getting around was super convenient; the subway entrance is right outside, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Even though the hotel opened in 2018, the cleanliness is still perfectly fine. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the Zhou Niangniang hotpot right across from the hotel, near the subway exit, is absolutely amazing!
