99 Inn (Chongqing Rongchang Hongcheng)

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced! There was a power outage at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening on 5/18. There was no electricity after checking out at 6 o'clock the next morning! During this period, the power of mobile phones and portable computers were all used up for lighting. The room was sweltering and unable to ventilate, and I couldn't see my fingers. Even in the bathroom, you have to rely on a lighter for lighting. It can be seen how bad the awareness of safety precautions is! During the whole process, the hotel staff did not take any comfort measures to the guests, such as providing temporary lighting or charging equipment and time reminding equipment. It is not even clear when the power supply will be restored even during a power outage! Until check-out, the front desk still did not apologize. As a result, the next day, I almost overslept because the alarm clock couldn't start normally and I couldn't see the specific time (the phone was completely paralyzed). The first time after traveling is to find a charging place. This is the actual experience. Although it is a temporary fault that caused a long-term power outage, the remedial measures are too imperfect!

On the riverside, the surrounding environment is good, and the room on the roadside is not too noisy.

拼床衹是因為有小孩，擔心摔下來，且酒店沒有規定不能拼床，酒店回覆圖片是牀頭櫃位置，大家可以看看這張圖是轉角處，牀頭櫃是在兩張床中間位置，不可能是轉角處。第二天一早就出門，晚上才回到酒店發現沒有補充礦泉水，打電話前台回覆拿不到礦泉水，本來礦泉水也要不了多少錢，但是基本的服務不應該因為連住就省去了吧，我們也不是隨意評論，請老闆也仔細核查事情原委。

房間可以，環境也很好！工作人員態度很好，位置很迎中心區，去哪裡都方便，價格非常合理，交通很方便，非常可以的酒店。
